Reached through stone-paved paths and steps, this south-facing retreat offers sweeping views across the Aegean. Whitewashed walls, grey shutters and carefully preserved architectural details give Spiti its distinctive character. Inside, a traditional Tinian arch connects the living and dining spaces, where exposed stone, beamed ceilings and simple furnishings create an inviting atmosphere. Sea-facing windows bring the landscape indoors, while the equipped kitchen features a vintage marble sink. Two bedrooms offer restful spaces: a cool, cave-like master bedroom with a built-in double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. A compact bathroom includes a stone basin and rain shower. The spacious veranda is the heart of the stay. Enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea, unwind on a lounger or spend an evening beneath the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the village. Please note: access involves steps and some doorways have low clearance.
